With a mission to gain funds to send his terminally ill half-brother to Disney World, Steve’s plans vanish when he loses all at the roulette table. Just when all seems lost a series of unexpected events turn his life upside down: the mugging of a casino hostess, a night-time chase on foot through the Chinatown streets of London, an encounter with a Chinese herbalist, and uncovering a possible Russian poisoning conspirancy.
